Use of this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and to submit booking inquiries. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content on the site is provided for informational purposes. Pages such as our catering services, events we cater, and menu and dietary options describe what we offer; they are not a contract, an order, or a reservation on their own.
If you spot something on the site that looks wrong or out of date, tell us and we will look at it. We may correct, update, or remove content at any time.
Inquiries
Booking inquiries
Submitting a booking inquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A booking exists only after we confirm availability and you approve a quote. Event details, including date, venue, guest count, and menu, are confirmed in writing before the event. Until that written confirmation reaches you, treat the date as open and keep your options in view.
Inquiries sent outside office hours are answered on the next working day. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with weekends handled by event booking.
Quotes
Pricing and quotes
Quotes are based on the format, guest count, and service window described in your inquiry. Changes to any of these may affect the quote. We will inform you of any change before it takes effect. A quote normally lists the service window, the pizza station setup, the menu items under consideration, and anything that falls outside the quoted scope.
Where a venue imposes access limits, power requirements, or load-in windows, those conditions can change the price. Share them with your inquiry so the quote reflects the real event rather than an estimate we later have to revise.
Changes
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and change terms are set out in your booking confirmation. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change. The earlier you tell us, the more options we can offer. Guest count changes usually matter most: the number on the confirmation drives how much dough, cheese, and staffing we commit to your date.
If a change affects the quote, we will send the revised figure in writing before it takes effect, so you always approve the number that applies.
Ownership
Intellectual property
Content on this site, including text and images, belongs to Pizza de Weyss or is used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written consent. That covers our menu descriptions, service write-ups, and photographs of our pizzas, trailer, and events.
If you would like to use something from the site, for a venue listing or an event recap, ask us first and we will tell you what is possible.
Availability
Limitation of liability
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site. If a page fails to load, the information you need for a booking can also be confirmed by phone or email.
This section limits what we owe for website problems. It does not change the terms of a confirmed catering booking, which are handled in the booking confirmation itself.
