Contact Pizza de Weyss
Send us your event date, venue, and guest count and we'll confirm availability. We're based at 2200 Post St, San Francisco, CA 94115, and you can reach us at +1-415-555-0761.
Start with the booking form
The fastest way to get a real answer is the booking form. Tell us the date, the venue address, and roughly how many guests you expect. If you already know which service format you want — a live station, a served buffet line, or a set menu — mention it. If you don't, that's fine, we'll suggest one based on the venue and the timing of your event.
Every inquiry reaches the same booking desk, whether you write or call. What changes is how fast we can answer. For an event more than a few weeks out, the form gives us room to price properly and check the calendar against your date. If you have photographs of the load-in area or a floor plan of the venue, attach a note about them and we'll ask for what we need.
Reach us by phone
If your event is coming up soon, call +1-415-555-0761. We can check availability over the phone and answer questions about venue requirements on the spot. For detailed planning, the form or email works better because we can keep the details in one place and match them against the calendar later.
Write to the booking desk
Email [email protected] when you want the whole plan in writing — menus, dietary notes, service times, and the quote. Attachments are welcome: a venue floor plan, a site photo, or the run of show from your planner all shorten the back-and-forth.
Visit the commissary
2200 Post St, San Francisco, CA 94115. This is where the trailer loads out from, not a dining room. If you want to see the oven and the setup before you book, ask when you write and we'll find a window between events that works for both of us.
Desk hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Weekends are held for events, so calls then may go to voicemail — leave the date and venue and we'll call back the next business morning. Inquiries that arrive Friday evening are answered at the start of the following week.
Pizza truck booking across San Francisco, the Peninsula, and the East Bay — the trailer travels to your venue, the oven fires on site.
What to include in your message
Date, venue, guest count, and any dietary needs. If you have a venue contact, share it so we can coordinate logistics directly. The more you tell us upfront, the more accurate our first response will be. There's no such thing as too much detail here.
The essentials
The event date and your preferred serving window, the full venue address including the load-in entrance, and a realistic guest count. A range is fine if the list is still growing — tell us the low and the high and we'll plan for the higher figure.
Food and format
Any allergies or dietary needs, and whether you want a live pizza station, a buffet line, or pizzas passed to seated guests. Mention the menu direction if you have one. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free requests are worth flagging early so we build them into the plan.
The venue picture
Where the trailer can park, how close that is to the guests, and whether there is a level surface. Add your venue contact or planner's name if someone else controls access — it saves a round of emails later and keeps the day-of logistics in one thread.
Response times
We reply to inquiries within a couple of business days. During peak wedding season, it can take a little longer because the same small team is out on site cooking. If your date is close, call instead and we'll tell you right away whether we can help.
Every inquiry gets a real answer, even when the date is already taken. If we can't cook for you, we'll say so plainly and point you at what would work better rather than leaving you waiting on a maybe.
Availability and booking windows
Weekends fill first, especially in spring and summer. For weddings and large corporate events, reaching out two to three months ahead gives us room to plan properly. Smaller private parties can sometimes be arranged sooner, so it's worth asking regardless of timing.
Venue questions we'll ask
We'll want to know about load-in access, whether the site has a level surface, and whether your venue permits an open flame or propane. We'll also ask about power access. These questions aren't a formality; they decide which format works for your space.
Can the trailer reach a rooftop or a space with stairs?
The trailer needs a driveway, a loading dock, or a curb it can pull up to, and a route wide enough to get there. Rooftops and upper floors usually mean a different format: we cook on the ground and bring the pizzas up in insulated carriers with a staffed serving point. Tell us the address and the access route and we'll say which one applies.
Does the oven need power or gas from the venue?
The wood-fired oven runs on wood and propane, so it carries its own fuel. What we do ask about is a standard power outlet nearby for lighting, the fridge, and the prep equipment. If the venue can't supply one, say so and we'll plan around it. Venue rules on open flame and propane vary, so it's worth checking with your contact before the event.
How much space does the setup take?
A parking footprint for the trailer plus a clear working area in front of the oven and a place for the serving line. Share a floor plan or a photo of the space and we'll mark out what fits. Tight courtyards and narrow alleys can still work with a smaller footprint; we'd rather look at the space than guess from the guest count.
What happens if it rains?
The oven is under the trailer's canopy, so the cooking continues in light rain. What changes is where guests queue and where the serving table sits. Tell us the wet-weather plan for your venue when you write — a tent, an indoor room, or a covered walkway — and we'll build the setup around it instead of improvising on the day.
Where to find us
The commissary at 2200 Post St is where the trailer loads out from. Drop by only if we've agreed a time — on a cooking day the yard is busy and nobody is at the desk.

Send booking inquiry
Fill in what you know and leave the rest blank. The form goes straight to the booking desk, and you'll get a reply with availability for your date and the questions we still need answered before we can quote.
Still weighing your options?
If you're early in planning, the other pages answer most of what a first call would. See what a live station looks like on the day, check what's possible for your type of event, and read the menu with dietary options before you commit to a format. Bring the questions that are left into the form above — or ask about your venue directly and we'll tell you what fits.
